Selected Work

Mechatronics Brochure Redesign

Redesigned a legacy trifold brochure to improve hierarchy, readability, and brand alignment for recruitment use.

Original Mechatronics trifold brochure shown with the outside panel above the inside spread, featuring a gold heavy layout, tight typography, and limited hierarchy that makes the interior content difficult to scan.
BEFORE: Hard to read on the inside spread, the original trifold used compressed type and dense formatting within a gold-heavy layout.
Redesigned Mechatronics trifold brochure shown with the outside panel above the inside spread, using a black forward palette, clearer spacing, updated typography, and scannable sections for program highlights.
AFTER: Redesigned trifold using Purdue branding, stronger hierarchy, and improved spacing to make program highlights easier to scan.

What changed

  • Rebuilt the trifold structure to make dense content easier to scan
  • Updated typography, spacing, and contrast to strengthen visual hierarchy
  • Aligned layout and styling to Purdue brand guidelines
  • Established a repeatable template later applied to other departments

Why it matters: Prospective students could understand key program info faster at events and campus visits.

What changed

  • Designed a folder system for admissions handouts and event packets
  • Used original photography to create a welcoming, campus-focused look
  • Prepared press-ready files including pocket layout and bleed setup

Why it matters: The folder elevated on-site recruiting materials and made takeaways feel more polished and official.

PAVE Outreach Collateral

What changed

  • Developed a repeatable template system that scaled across programs
  • Applied a cohesive photo treatment with a Purdue-gold accent for recognition
